We prep our burgers daily and they are minced and hand rolled on site before smashing on our hot grills to create some of the best tasting burgers in the UK.
Our homemade sausages for our snags (hot dogs) are made weekly using fresh shoulders of English pork created from Darren’s own family recipe, which have been left to hang for 2 days to mature (Gluten free).
Pulled meats. We serve 5 types of pulled meats, Traditional Pork, Sweet Honey BBQ Pork, Bourbon BBQ Brisket, Garden Minted Lamb and of course our home cured pastrami (salt beef), cooked daily on site from 7am to be ready for opening at 4pm.
